LET ME KNEEL
I try to sleep, to end the day.
So my thoughts may be free to roam.
Where company, is here with me.
In a place where I am not alone.
Where judgement is not my shadow,
And I can find what I seek.
And my search for tender touch,
Will not be scorned as weak.
I am not a fool, I know its my imagination.
But it’s only there, that I can be.
Feeling loved and wanted.
With head rested on her knee.
But morning will come again,
To strip me of my joy.
Before my mind could store that feeling,
Why did you have to die?.
